- Go to the booking overview, find and open the booking
- Make sure the trailer number is the same in the system as the one brought by the customer
- Look for damage or issues with the trailer, together with the customer
- Click on disclose
- If the customer is late or the booking has been changed since it was handed out, you will now get a message about that with an amount to pay
- Continue past the question about any issue on the trailer if everything was alright
- If an additional agreement has been made you must print it out and charge the customer. If the booking is made online the amount will be taken from the customer's card
