- Make sure you are logged in as Admin and not User
- Click on your store name in the up left corner
- There you find one option to change your password, which will require you to know your old password to choose a new one. The second option is to completely reset all passwords. If chosen you will be sent an email to the email address bound to your account with new account credentials for both user and admin account
