- Go to the booking overview and open up to the booking in question. You can also search for the booking number under oneway - map - find booking
- Make sure it's the correct trailer size and personal information on the customer
- Click on disclose
- If the booking is made online turbo will now try to charge the customer's account. If it fails you will receive a message and then you'll have to charge the customer in-store. If the booking is not made online you should always charge in-store
- Print out the agreement and give it to the customer
- The customer is now ready to go and the booking will be moved to disclosed trailer in the overview
