- Go to the Fleet page
- Click on the three dots to the left on the trailer in question
- Choose damage, minor issue or theft.
- Write a description of the issue and save
For leasing trailers, the next step is to fix the trailer by calling for service or doing it your selves.
This tutorial does not apply for insurance cases, if you wish to use your insurance please use the specified tutorial for that.
For oneway trailers we will send you a spare part or a service technician after you register the issue.
