- Under oneway -> Bookings you'll find new booking
- Fill in pick up station, date and time
- Fill in return station, date and time
- Choose the trailer size under the trailer page next to booking
- Ask the customer if they wish to add damage cost elimination and/or road assistance, choose accordingly in the form
- Enter the customer's personal number, enter. Name and address should then automatically fill in.
- Fill in phonenumer and email adress
- Save
- The booking is now done and can be seen in the overview. If there are trailers available it will take around one minute for the system to confirm the booking and reserve one of the trailers. If the booking date is further away than 5 days we will confirm later. A green checkmark means that a trailer has been reserved and has been confirmed to the customer.
