Adding a country code to a booking

1. If a customer is planning to take the trailer to another country you must follow this guide to give the booking a country code. This to make the insurance valid in case of an accident. 
2. Open up the booking dialog
3. Under other, you will find an option to mark that this trailer is going abroad
   Search and choose which country the customer will bring it to and save. If the country in question does not exist, our insurance is not valid for travel in that country.
